Your privacy
Last updated: 12 October 2026.
To The MAX Racing is an independent F1 fan site at tothemaxracing.com. This page says what data the site uses today. When we add something new, such as a newsletter, accounts, analytics or advertising, we will update this page before it goes live.
What we do not do
- We do not have user accounts, and we do not ask for your name or email address.
- We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. (A publisher's article shown in our reader can set its own cookies; see below.)
- We do not use analytics or advertising networks at the moment. The "Promoted" boxes on the site advertise our own games and services.
- Our web server does not keep access logs for this site.
What is stored in your browser
Our games save your best times and recent results in your own browser (local storage), so you can see them next time. This data never leaves your device, and we cannot see it. Clear your browser's site data to delete it.

Other services your browser contacts
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) supplies the typefaces. Your browser sends your IP address to Google when it downloads them. See Google's privacy policy.
- News publishers' image servers. Wire stories show the picture that the publisher supplies in its news feed or as the preview image of its article, loaded directly from the publisher's own servers or the image service it uses (for example BBC Sport, Motorsport.com, Autosport, Crash.net, GPFans, Sky Sports, PlanetF1, The Race, RacingNews365 and Speedcafe). When your browser loads one of these pictures, that publisher (or its image service) receives your IP address. Their privacy policies apply.
- Publishers' article pages in our reader. For some wire stories, "Read the full story" opens the publisher's own article inside a frame on our page
/news/read.html, under a slim To The MAX Racing bar. The article comes straight from the publisher, not through our server: your browser connects to the publisher, which receives your IP address and our site's address, and the publisher can set its own cookies and run its own advertising, analytics and trackers inside the frame, just as if you had opened its site directly. The publisher's own privacy and cookie policies apply to everything inside the frame; we cannot see or control what happens there. To visit the publisher directly instead, use "Open on <publisher> ↗". - Our own server serves everything else, including the headlines, summaries and season statistics. We collect those on the server, so your browser does not contact the statistics provider at all, or a publisher's article page until you open the full story.
Links to other sites
Wire stories link to the original publishers, either directly or through our reader described above. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
